Applicant Privacy Notice

Stride Group ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information you submit when applying for a role through Stride Jobs. This notice explains how we handle it under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and country of residence
• Languages spoken, employment history and creator niche interests
• Your CV / resume and anything it contains

Why we use it

We use your information solely to assess your application and communicate with you about the recruitment process. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting suitable candidates.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of Stride's recruitment team can access your application. Your data is stored securely with access controls and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep unsuccessful applications for up to 12 months after the role closes, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to object or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). To exercise these rights, contact our recruitment team.
