Responsibilities
- Manage a roster of 10–20 creators
- Negotiate brand partnerships and contracts
- Build long-term growth strategies with talent
- Collaborate with the Stride Social campaigns team
Requirements
- 2+ years in talent management, PR or influencer marketing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
